I’d like to make a particular mp3 into my ring tone, but I can’t seem to figure out how to do it. I actually thought it would be a fairly easy task, but apparently it isn’t always that way. I would have thought that you could simply transfer the mp3 over to the phone somehow, and then instruct the phone to make use of that song whenever a call is received. At least it seems simple in theory, but every since I tried to do it with my phone, I haven’t even once achieved success.I wish that there was a simple way for me to ask Samsung how to do this. I mean, this is after all a not so inexpensive phone, which is supposed to come with a lot of features, so I just basically assumed that I would be able to do this. I’m not asking for much really. This is just important to me because I have a particular favourite song, and I think it would be neat if that’s what I would hear whenever someone calls me up.I read somewhere that there may be some Motorola software which can do precisely that. I’m not sure what it is though, or what it’s called. And anyway, my phone isn’t one manufactured by Motorola so even if I could find that, I don’t know if I could get it to work for me. It’s really weird how something so simple can seem so hard. Is there maybe something I’m doing wrong? I know I’m not a technical person or anything but I would have thought that even a non-techie would be able to get this done.
Trying to do Something Simple can be Pretty Hard
