I always and I mean always, buy Nokia branded cell phones since I started having one. It was just this one time that I had another type. It was a gift from my Mom on my 18th birthday and I still had a semi-new cell phone. My phone was just 2 and a half years old and I was not planning on changing it. But it was a gift from my Mom and I knew she worked very hard to buy it for me. Instead of telling her I don’t need it, I simply accepted the gift and thanked her. Though it had been a week since I got the phone and I hadn’t even opened nor used it. I don’t know, it’s just, I like using this recent phone of mine. Or maybe it’s because of the value of it. I thought of it and decided to just read its papers and manuals inside. Once I opened the box, I took out the manual and the other papers inside and started reading each one. I read the Ericsson support page and found out how they provide support for the customer. It is a lot similar to Nokia’s support but there are still some differences. The last thing I read was the phone’s manual. There was also Ericsson help that I could contact if ever I’m stuck with something and I don’t know how to solve it or how to access it. I sighed as I placed the manual and papers inside the box once again before staring at the new phone. “I’m sorry Mom… I know I will use it soon. It’s just that, I still couldn’t stop myself from thinking of Karen. This phone was a gift from her. Now that she’s gone. I just need accept it. After that, I will use this phone you gave me. Thank you.”
