I’ve been seeing all kinds of wonders happening on facebook. You can connect with old friends and you can meet new ones. You can even poke someone without getting a black eye. I originally signed up for facebook to keep in touch with friends living abroad. The longer I stay connected the more I discover the wondrous things you can do with it. It’s not just for sending messages or posting photos, some even engage in business online! Some people even let facebook create event and send their invites. What happened to greeting cards? Hallmark must be out of business by now. At this rate, no one’s going to go postal because there’s not going to be any mailmen left! I was very overwhelmed with all this. As you can see, I am a bit slow when it comes to things on the internet. It’s like everybody’s on version 2.0 and I’m still beta testing the pre-release version. It’s like everybody’s zooming the internet superhighway on dual core processors and I’m just chugging along on an old x486 machine. Man, talk about slow! I do not even know how can i center my text on myspace. embarassing, isn’t it? Isn’t myspace like so a decade ago? Oooohhh…shame on me! I’m slowly learning - bit by bit, day by day. It is my dream that one day I will do everything facebook. I want to host a party using facebook. I want have an event via facebook. If need be, I want to transact business using facebook. Like I said, I want everything to do with facebook. So be prepared, maybe one day, you’ll get an invitation from me. That is if I don’t poke you first.
It’s My Party And You’re All Invited!
